Home has central heat, air, hard wood floors throughout, fire place, cable, internet (wireless), dish washer, micro wave, washer, dryer, outside area, barbeque, fruit trees, etc. Included in rent is use of kitchen, pool, and spa. All utilities included in rent. There is plenty of parking on street in front of house located in in the Granite Hills area of El Cajon

Home is close to restaurants, shopping and bus I am a mature single female and I rent one room to a male who is employed fulltime. We are cool, quiet people with good sense of humors. We are both open minded, fairly quiet, easy going and tobacco smokers. This is not a party house, a few family or friends over now and then. I have a small (old) dog and cat, both friendly and both go in and out with use of a doggie door.
I like to keep the house clean and expect the same from a roommate. Especially, in the bathroom, kitchen and common areas. I'm looking for someone that does not bring the party home. I want to rent to a single professional (one) person only. Or, a serious student with proof of how rent will be paid that needs a quiet place to study. No couples, pets of your own, or boy friend/girl friend over all the time. Age gender is not as important as being responsible, mature, honest and respectful of others. I want someone who plans to stay for at least a few months. Long term would be great.
