This set is so cute and I know by the way it looks, it looks like the top could be worn as a skirt but it?s a top, a strapless top.
There are no tags saying what size this set is, but I am guessing small maybe medium.
All I can do is supply the measurements for the waist of the panties, which is 12 inches from side to side and the top measures 11 inches from side to side. Top has an elastic band and is 12 inches long .
