Immediate opening for Real Estate Assistant for established Real Estate Broker.
This position is for someone who enjoys the administrative part of the real estate business and can keep an extremely busy office organized.
Must have:
- Working knowledge of a real estate transaction, Docusign and Winforms
- Excellent work ethic, dedicated to exceptional customer service
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and perform in a very fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational and follow through skills
- Attention to detail, and can consistently demonstrate great organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing schedules and priorities
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with applications; such as, Outlook Word, Excel, Tempo, MLS
Duties to include:
- Transaction Coordination
- Escrow management
- Listing Management -- prepare for input to MLS, including photos; preparation of listing brochures and mailings; open house materials, scheduling and advertisements; prepare collateral material for listing presentations
- General Office -- Oversight of office operations; supply management; customer service
- Buyer Services -- Showing appointments; track current client searches; prepare materials for buyer tours
